Update on Orders!

Sunday, February 14th, 2010

I just heard from the head of Sentinel Publishing, who tells me that “we should see some improvement” in the stock situation by mid-week. Another 15,000 copies were printed early last week, but the snow storms delayed shipments. I’ll keep you posted as I learn more.

The Wheels are Coming Off!

Sunday, February 7th, 2010

Folks, it’s great to be alive. I have to fess up: back here in August I predicted that health care was a done deal, and that all that remained was a “dance” to see which Dems would get to opt out for their own reelection purposes. Well, in a matter of a month, a historic [...]

Forget Supreme Court Challenges to this Monstrosity!

Thursday, December 24th, 2009

Folks, I hate to be a perpetual gloomster here, but anyone putting his faith in a Supreme Court reversal of any of this health non-care monstrosity has another think coming. First, the USSC seldom rules in favor of constitutionally limited government. Even in the Affirmative Action slapdown of the University of Michigan several years ago, [...]

Rush Just Said What I’ve Said for Months!

Tuesday, December 22nd, 2009

Rush Limbaugh admitted that he was slow to this concept, but that he realizes the Dems are willing to lose their majorities in 2010 to get this horror of non-healthcare ensconced permanently.
I told you this was coming months ago, and many couldn’t believe it. “Come on, politicians all want to keep their jobs!” some said. [...]

Told ya so

Saturday, December 19th, 2009

For anyone who doubted my August blog that said the health (non) care bill was a done deal, CSPAN is reporting Ben Nelson will vote yes, and the final vote will be on Monday. This was never, ever in doubt. No matter what has, or has not, come out of this bill, it will go [...]

What People Are Saying...

"In "A Patriot's History of the United States," Larry Schweikart and Michael Allen remind us what a few good individuals can do in just a few short centuries." -Brendon Miniter, Wall Street Journal

"There are a thousand pleasant surprises and heartening reminders [in A Patriot's History] that underneath it all America remains a country of ideas, ideals, and optimism—and no amount of revisionism can take that legacy away." -John Coleman, Humane Studies Review

"Any reader of Schweikart and Allen’s book will see immediately that it is a serious and substantive volume, based on a full recognition of the important secondary sources written by our major historians." -Ronald Radosh, FrontPageMagazine.com
